Salad garden

In an earlier post from a South Pacific Island Sojourn, I wrote of supplementing my staple diet of rice and fish with fresh vegetables from a small salad garden I was establishing. Well, here it is: zucchini, spinach, tomato, celery, silver-beat, potato, radish, spring onion, lettuce, several variety of bean, rhubarb, plus a selection of kitchen herbs, coriander, chives, lemon grass, mint, parsley, marjoram, sweet basil, and thyme.

So, now I’m in the hunt for a recipe to make that purrfect honey and mustard dressing!
