In an earlier post I wrote about sitting at cafés with the Gelfling as being one of the little pleasures in my life, and how we rarely speak — quite content with the silence in each other’s company, she pictured here, quietly reading a magazine, me fiddling with my cameras or simply watching the world go by . . .
